Breton Stripes or Nautical Stripes have been around forever. It’s always present in Resort Collections year in and out as we spend days in the sun on the beach and on sea. In the past year, it has been a resurrected look on the streets especially after how we’re reminded that Coco Chanel brought the stripes into the mainstream when the movie Coco Before Chanel came out in late 2009.

If you’re willing to “invest” a little bit more (emphasis on the more) on this look, you can always count on Jean Paul Gaultier to have quite a few striped pieces included in his Junior Gaultier’s current collection. Just look at this cute skirt!
